All work at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR), with the exception of Helen Bewley, who works at the Policy Studies Institute (PSI). John Forth (NIESR)
Helen Bewley (PSI)Helen Bewley was also a member of the research team for the 2004 Workplace Employment Relations Survey. She has also produced a number of research publications based on analysis of the 1998 survey. Helen is experienced in the analysis of a number of large-scale datasets, including the Labour Force Survey and the Confederation of British Industry Pay Databank. She has also worked with linked datasets on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Trade and Industry. Simon Kirby (NIESR)Simon Kirby was one member of the NIESR team that staffed the ESRC-funded Information and Advice Service for the 1998 WERS, being the first point of contact for most users during the project. Since that time, he has been engaged in the compilation and analysis of a number of large-scale, complex datasets, mostly on behalf of government departments. Simon has experience of a wide range of software packages for data manipulation and statistical analysis. Lucy Stokes (NIESR)Lucy Stokes provides the first point of contact at the Information and Advice Service. She has recently worked on a number of quantitative research projects, commonly in the area of productivity. Much of her work has focused on data issues, particularly those relating to data integrity and data documentation. |
